Quarriers Return to Work Interviews.

Following the Strike last week members have been asked to attend Return to Work Interviews.

It is correct that you should attend. The person taking the Interview should ask why you were not at work and any comments. They should NOT discuss any other absences with you at this meeting., You have taken part in Lawful Industrial Action.

You will be asked to sign the form as well. You must do this but where the form mentions Sickness please ask for it to be marked as N/A (not applicable)
